Steps of the TRANSFORMATION

Current Garage Situation:

• Family very active in hockey and all sports.

• Wanted all equipment off floors, organized and easily accessible

• Wanted garage to be clean and tidy

Customer Needs:

• Wanted all sports equipment off the floor so they could be aired

• Wanted the garage cleaned up so that everything was accessible

• Wanted everything to look like they belonged including cracked concrete flooring

Garage TailorsGarage Intervention:

• Used recessed shelving area to create a locker to separate and organize 3 sets of hockey equipment

• Used various hooks to hang equipment off the floor for easy access and also so that they could be aired

• Used existing cabinetry to organize home stuff including space for firewood to be housed at bottom of cabinet off the floor

• Installed slat wall panels in parts to make effective and efficient use of the space

• Installed PVC garage flooring tile in blue pads with black border

• Used 3” rubber baseboards to finish wall and floor joist aroud door

• Wall painted blue to match floor

We couldn’t believe what the garage looked like when Rick and his team were finished. It was remarkable. There was space for EVERYTHING… the sports equipment, the fire wood, the bicycles…and or TWO cars!
